These Terms of Service govern your use of the Resurgo Industries website and purchases from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Made-to-order products
Our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Production begins shortly after purchase. Product colors, scale, and placement may vary slightly because of screen settings and the production process.

Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may cancel or refuse an order because of payment problems, suspected fraud, inventory or design availability, pricing errors, or fulfillment restrictions. Prices, products, designs, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Shipping
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Resurgo Industries is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Cancellations, returns, and claims
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color selection. Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or confirmed-lost orders are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use our content in violation of law.

Intellectual property
Website content, artwork, logos, product names, photographs, and designs belong to Resurgo Industries or their respective owners. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party services
Our website, payments, shipping, and fulfillment rely on third-party services, including Squarespace, payment processors, carriers, Printful, and Tapstitch. Their services may be governed by additional terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resurgo Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
