SHIPPING & RETURNS

U.S. shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.95 per order. Orders of $75 or more receive free U.S. Standard Shipping automatically at checkout.

Production and delivery
Every Resurgo Industries product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Printful and Tapstitch. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment. Estimated U.S. delivery is generally 7–20 business days from the order date. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and split shipments
Tracking information is provided when available after an item ships. Products may be made in different facilities, so a single order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.

International orders
Available destinations and shipping prices are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Customs and carrier delays are outside our control.

Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may require additional reshipping charges.

Made-to-order return policy
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size, or an incorrect color selection. Please review product descriptions and size information carefully before ordering. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect—or is confirmed lost in transit—contact us through our Contact page within 7 days when possible and no later than 30 days after delivery or the estimated delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

Approved claims
After reviewing the claim with the applicable fulfillment partner, we may provide a replacement or refund. Do not return an item unless we provide instructions.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Because production may start shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed.
